As a spirit having a human experience, you can choose to not merely exist but to be fully conscious and aware of living in a limited world. When you take a conscious part in life and its multitudes of choices, you won't let life happen to you - you will make life happen for you.

Remember that ghosts can read your mind and recognize your fear, and if you don’t respect them by entering their world with knowledge and preparation, the results can have dire physical, mental, and emotional effects on you and anyone with you.

I often think about the world’s religions and ethnicities. It seems to me that God, or the Universe, has wondrously created each of us as a facet of a diamond: each facet is different, and together the facets form a diamond that is brilliant and beautiful. It is the uniqueness that makes the diamond beautiful. Every belief system is beautiful in its knowledge. No one is better than anyone else. This is merely the illusion of the physical world. The universe is made up of electromagnetic waves. We may not be physically aware of these waves of energy, but we know they exist because we see images on our televisions, we hear voices on our cell phones, and we eat food that is cooked in microwave ovens. These waves are individually and precisely tunedto a particular frequency so that they can function properly.

The need for power is created by fear. Fear can be a great motivator, but it also can be one of the greatest destructive forces we know.

Not only is the lower astral realm made up of our collective negative thoughts and emotions, but we continually feed it through our negativity, including negative forms of entertainment. Violent movies, television shows, and music that exaggerate people's fears and cruel behavior may seem exciting but they only exacerbate the baser thoughts of society. All is energy, and negative energy like fear, anger and hate becomes imbedded in the lower astral level.
