Quotes from the Book

For example, if I wake up heartbroken over a failed work project, not only do I ask for the strength and guidance to overcome the hurdle, but I also send love to everyone else waking up heartbroken who may be feeling just like me because of their failed work project. Without a strong foundation to steady you and a set of values to guide you, you stop being someone with limitless potential and become someone defined only by your pain. Unfortunately pain often screams louder than potential in our minds.
