We Are All So Good at Smiling

My point is that a leaf knows it’s important at all moments of its life, even when its broken. People always forget that a rough day, a bad year, doesn’t equal a bad life.

You be the flood--- I'll be your boat.

The only way out is through.

Let's write our story, so no one can take it away.

You see, you see when a story stops being told, when the news no longer televises, when the false memory thinks its true is it still, in fact truth?

Do you understand now (reader)? There is someone out there rooting for you. You are not alone, in any Forest. You there, hello, bonjour, hola— we are rooting, cheering for you to live & thrive.

Sorrow is no one's fault.

Stories keep the world intact. Storytelling predates the written word by more than 3,000 years. Fairy Tales, specifically, have always protested against societal constraints & commented on the human condition. Fairy Tales offer whimsy & truth - the whimsy makes us brave & the truth points us in the right direction.

You don't show empathy towards those who willfully hurt you.

We need to remember that the mind is still a mind,  floating like a newborn cloud or bird wings drowning in hardened chocolate. My point is that a leaf knows it’s important,  at all moments of its life  even when it is broken.  People always forget  that a rough day, a bad year—  doesn’t equal a bad life.

The boys’ hands hold me under, my ears pop & my eyes add water to the flood as the boys waterfall hateful words at me.

I am always wishing for October 32, & everyone else is stepping forward. Moving forward. Racing forward into November.

Snow White is being bruised by apples—  when she used to be the apple of everyone’s eye.

God blistered & bothered in the stars saying, How about a mind plague for humankind? We could call it Clinical Depression. Then they handed it out, like spoiled candy.

11 minutes felt like 11 hours sometimes sorrow is like that

sometimes your own mind will unroot you.

You know, Frankenstein thought himself a god saying, I’ll make a human. God blistered & bothered in the stars saying, How about a mind plague for humankind? We could call it Clinical Depression.

We destroy the villains & save all the flowers.

I am so tired I have to convince myself to take each breath.
