Remember what you must do when they undervalue you, when they think your softness is your weakness, when they treat your kindness like it is their advantage. You awaken every dragon, every wolf, every monster that sleeps inside of you and you remind them what hell looks like when it wears the skin of a gentle human.

She is alone. And oh how brilliantly she shines.

The thing I admire most about you is no matter how hard, or how much the world has tried to beat you, break you, destroy you, and throw you to the wolves you are still here, turning all your pain all your suffering into armor, into determination, into weapons and earning the respect of that same pack of wolves that were meant to rip you limb from limb.

People talk about love like it is patient and kind. Love is also dark. It is ferocious and angry and destructive.

You see, yesterday, someone asked me, ‘How do you heal from losing the greatest love of your life?’ I smiled and answered, ‘You make yourself another one. And you make that love yourself.

Reinvent yourself. Over and over again. Plant new wildflowers into your spirit. Set a wildfire inside yourself and then regrow. Take the wildest thing about you and nurture it till it blossoms. Tend to the sea that resides inside your heart and listen to its storms, wash you anew. That growth is simply learning how to suffer, gracefully, elegantly constantly moving and travelling without letting your pain tear you apart.

What I am trying to say, my darling, is that I know you said you wouldn’t survive this day but across our beautiful universe, what is impossible is happening every day.

Because girls who were building empires for themselves did not need kingdoms to shine.

She didn't just wait for someone to come and rescue her from her discontent and strife, instead she took matters into her own hands and empowered her own future, her own life.
